Born and bred in Coffs Harbour, Simon Caldwell is a Partner at Mbt Lawyers, an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and a Notary Public. While we all hope we will not have any need of his Family Law skills, we will definitely be giving him a call should the need arise. Simon is also proficient in Estate Planning and General Legal matters.
Admitted to the NSW Supreme Court in 1996, Simon has worked at the Family Court at Newcastle and as an Articled Clerk and Solicitor in Coffs Harbour. He also has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology. In 2002 he joined our winning team at Mbt Lawyers, became a Partner in 2004 and has never looked back.
In his spare time Simon looks after his young family, plays original music in his rock’n’roll band, is an avid road and dirt motorcycle rider, and in his travels photographs weird and wonderful places. He brings with his life experiences an innovative and creative approach to his work.
